This is the first time we have been to an all inclusive hotel (we usually go half board) and we were impressed, particularly by the standard of the food. The hotel was lovely, from the onset we were greeted by an ever so friendly man at the reception desk who also turned out to be very helpful during our week there. However the same could not be said about the lady at the pool snack bar, no manners and no rush in her whatsoever!

You do have to grab your sunbeds by 7ish in the morning, which is a real pain, unfortunatley this seems to be the problem where ever you go.
